Nos Power shots and other power energy drink shots?
For the past few days i have been drinking a lot of nos power shots and red bull power shots now i have been up for 3 nights straight and no matter what i do i cant fall asleep…. does any one know how to get rid of these side effects or what to do at this point and yes i have already stopped drinking them and yes i know it was a stupid thing to do …

Drink a lot of water and wait. That’s about all you can do.You may want to consider why you did that in the first place. What was going on that you kept winding yourself up like that?
