I feel really nervous everytime right before any race, competition and game. And need to go to the toilet?

I got a race on Wednesday and Friday, right. Do you think it’ll be a good idea for me to dramatically increase the amount of fiber I eat today(Monday), so I can near-empty my digestive system. Afterwards, I eat NO fibers at all on Tuesday, so I don’t go to the toilet right before the race on Wed, same technique for Friday’s race.

That’s a good idea. You eat fruits that have fiber 2 days before the race then skip foods with fiber the day before. But sometimes this doesn’t work, maybe you made it a habit that every before the race you go to the toilet. You might want to change that habit, you can train yourself with it.
