Preventing injuries while driving and racing motorcycles and all terrain vehicles

The other day I was invited by one of our riders if there was anything he could do to prevent injuries occur during races. After some reflection and some research in some of my strength and fitness magazines that came with the following information which I consider essential for anyone involved in racing or mountain biking.
