Why would we run Lipo Battery RC Racing?
I mean they are easy and can be loaded more than once a day – MAN, but it seems that even if they are lighter than NiCad (NMHD) are much slower. In my point that you can even run a brushless motor over fast just to try to keep ?!?!?!
Well there are a number of reasons, and if you get a good or SOLID Lipo battery then you will not see much plus a slight decrease in power beyond the closing stages of a Rcae or beter place, the last 30 seconds or less, from a rate of 8 minutes. The best reason (besides which evaded the question) is that LIPO battery gives it a more stable pace of delivery. Then you'll see less difference the speed and return to form power supply. PLUS – much, much cheaper to operate. As you said that you can run multiple times per day, without losing anything (in power or torque) and do a good BUY1 3 ($ 100), batteries, whereas with NiCad, you probably need to buy 4 or 5 before you even 1 or 2 which are "worthy of race," then you need to get anothe dozen since you can not run the same on many and again and again the same day of course! Lipo is used to have a nasty habit of blowing each night in village houses (the point where it was preferable to store them in the fireplace in your house "Just in Case" hehehehe). Now is an excellent solution that allows easy maintenance compete and just have fun!
