I am not a professional painter, but selling the brand Graco spray equipment and am a certified service technician. Do not go below specifications of the manufacturers recommend for spraying. The material is probably too thick to spray through a smaller machine and not collect the product properly. The platform will clog and cause more nightmares than it is worth. smaller machine to spray 75 gallond / min: Graco UltraMax II 695. I sell for $ 2300.
